1) FA picks cannot be used in trades. Not for the 2 round draft period or the Bidding process.
2) Include teams involved in the title IE: Dallas/Washington trade.
3) Include player names and positions and rookie picks, if included in the trade. If rookie pick is one you received from another team, indicate that too. Make it easy to understand players from to...etc.
4) If a trade takes you over the cap, you must include who u will drop to make your team legal.
5) If the drop takes you below league minimums or the 54/52, your team can only sign a 350K "filler" player at the needed position(s) to make your team legal. (A Filler player is a 350k player that has no known current or future value). In other words, if Tom Brady was injured/uncarded and/or dropped by a team, he would be a valuable FA player, even though his FA salary is 350K. He could, after all, return and play at a high level later. So he would be held aside for the FA bidding period.
6) Trades must be shown to benefit each team in some way. I've seen people in the past join a league under 2 or 3 different names for the sole purpose of using a team to stack the other team which is his main team. Obviously, that is not allowed and can be difficult to uncover, though not impossible once someone is suspect.
7) If a team is offering you a deal and it smells bad, it is probably a steaming pile. Walk away.
The trade is not official until both parties and the Committee sign off here in the forum to the trade post.
8) Trade and/or roster committees have the final word on if a trade is accepted or declined due to salary, 54/52, min/max rules or because the trade would be detrimental to a team's well-being. Do not throw rocks at their comments. Their job is a difficult one that receives little appreciation. Once the trade is accepted, consider it final. Also, Do not rely on the committees to make sure you don't make an error. It is still your responsibility to get your deal right with the rules.
9) FAs acquired may not be traded until after 1 season.
10) Players drafted in the most recent draft cannot be traded until they are carded with the release of the new game and the Super Bowl has been played.
